This is to die for.  At Kaela's request...
Janette (Poth)'s Artichoke Dip 
14 or 16 oz jar artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped.
1 C parmesan cheese
1 C sour cream
1 C mayo
dash of red pepper
Directions:  Mix it all together.  Spread into a pie plate.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
