Hard Boiled Eggs 
1.  Place eggs in saucepan and cover with cool water to 1 inch above eggs. 
2.  Bring to a boil, uncovered.  Immediately take off heat, cover, and let sit for 8 minutes. 
3.  Rinse with very cold/ice water. 
4.  So good with Trader Joe's everyday seasoning, or lemon pepper seasoning. 
1 egg = 78 calories, 6 grams protein
